Why are the character designs so bad
Edit: they suck so much

Oh nice it’s on switch!

Anyone got any thoughts on how it runs on switch 2? Just in terms of resolution, do the pixels look really blurry on handheld?

It plays, in some ways, sorta more like chess than what I think most people will expect from a “tactical RPG”, but I like that it’s relatively unique.

Definitely recommend it! I got it on Steam, but I’m about 15 hours in. It’s a pretty approachable SRPG. Like, I’m not super amazing at the genre, but I’ve been getting through alright. Though I don’t always get amazing grades for every battle haha I think people way better at the genre might enjoy trying to get perfect grades on every fight. It does feel good to use the redo feature to try to put together the perfect turn.
I’ve been enjoying the story, but it’s way more lighthearted than some people might like.

I’ve been enjoying this a lot on Switch 2. For anyone wanting to try the game, note that the combat plays out more like a puzzle than straight forward TRPG. You will be graded at the end of combat for certain things and the only way to get top rankings on the levels is to clear X amount of enemies and then escape before the suggested turn limit.
Its not bad if you are going for top rank in every fight because you can easily restart the fight and try again by moving your team around and trying different combos. And you get the added bonus of getting to watch your planning pay off after you finish a turn, so its not really a waste of time to try the fight again for a better ranking.
