  1. I wish they bring back making 1,000s of poke coins a day, allowing 10 Pokemon of your own at a gym, gaining poke coins the more you walk, and being able to train your Pokemon personally.

  2. the boosted shiny chance and day care features sound good to me, Ofc theyd have to work around making it not so op as you said but dont see why it cant be done!!!

  3. Have a item box blending machine that you can throw your items in once it gets to a certain number like 500 get 10 rare candy instead of having to delete items all the time

  4. For the daycare there's even an easier solution you could just make a new in game tab for it, no adjustments to the overworld needed. Could be in the section where there is routes etcetera or in your daily tab. Should be super easy to implement.

  5. I've always wanted a pokecenter, as a free to play I always feel like I never have enough revives especially. Like you don't need to break the game just let me drop off one pokemon a day it stays there for 10 hours or whatever and comes back fully healed. That way I can save my revives for my fighters and heal up my gym defenders for free. Maybe it also acts as a sort of showcase granting rewards for the biggest or strongest pokemon in the center

  6. I do like some of your ideas, I think it would be good if there are extra tasks in the pokedex, like in legends arceus where it made it easier to encounter that pokemon as a shiny.

    So each pokemon in the pokedex would have tasks, to increase the pokedex level like: use super effective attacks in battles, gym time defended, walked distance, amount caught, max buddy level for that pokemon

    And each pokedex level for that pokemon could increase shiny chance for the pokemon, reduce distance needed to get candy and candy XL when set as buddy and reduced costs when increasing level for that pokemon.

    I doubt they would do a daycare or shiny charm in the game, but this could be a work around.

  7. For the daycare the lvl up should be based off km walked just like buddy pokemon and the main games. So the cp/lvl will go up but you won't get candies or mega energy. I think that makes sense. Probably will have a cap. And maybe legendary pokemon won't be eligible.

  8. They should also start a program for disabled people to get incense restored to how it was when the game first released. That would really help us out when we can't get out.

  9. 3:55 I feel like adding the shiny charm should be something you unlock when you complete a pokedex for a region, and each region has its own shiny charm, that way it's not too broken and shiny pokemon are still valuable

  10. Let us set a limit to how much of an item we want to hold. Cause I spend time deleting extras to save space they automatically delete… poke balls xxx/200, great balls xxx/500 and so on with all items

  11. Gift items. I have for medicine practically 100 of each while my girlfriend has like 7 revives.

  12. Things that wouldn't break the game:
    – Being able to tag people like you do mons. More people search strings, etc. Not just nicknames.
    – Being able to sort mons by # and size. I don't want to carry around 7 XXLs because I don't know which is higher in show cases. Or at a minimum, add the absolute size # to the mon's screen. You display it when placing into showcases. Show it all the time.
    – Tell us the prestige points we have on gyms. Tell me the exact points I need to make this silver gym gold. Let me flex how much I am king of a given gym.
    – A medal for gold gyms. Set platinum at 200.
    – If you have a pokemon in a gym, you can use a regular pass to raid that gym regardless of your current location. You can feed it, you can fight it .
    – You can raid any gold gym you see on your map using a regular pass. Perk for having gold gyms.
    – Back arrow on phones for quick catch. They screwed up and had a release where this worked YEARS AGO for about a month. I find the current quick catch annoying enough (big hands) that I don't bother.

  13. in mainline games, u can use 3 max mushrooms to make a soup that can turn dynamax pokemon in gigantamax pokemon and viceversa, that would be awesome! (in some cases this is more difficult, as you need also a max honey to give gigantamax factor to Urshifu)

  14. They already opened the door with Bottlecaps… can we get Mints? I can’t tell you how many Pokémon I have that would be a rank 1 in PvP if you swapped Atk/Def, Atk/HP, or Def/HP. Oh wow, I caught a 15/14/0 mon! Let’s just swap that Atk/HP and awesome, it serves a purpose and not collecting dust or transferred

  15. How about a trade counter so we know when we are close to 100. They have "Special trades remaining" Put the regular trades right next to it.

    And how about putting the stats ribbon on the opening page?

Honestly I can see them doing an adventure effect that boosts shiny rate since it'd only last so long and you'd still have to grind for candies for the adventure effect pokemon and youd have to decide if another one would be more worth it or not so you cant have a bigger shiny boost as well as spacial rend for instance so I don't ever expect them to add a shiny charm to the game since it would be too broken given base rate is already lower then shiny charm rate in the base games without any shiny charm in pokemon go and would make it absolutely broken having it during big events like go fest

  17. I’d like to suggest adding a Pokémon Day Care system in Pokémon GO where players can increase a Pokémon’s IVs by paying for a special in-person ticket available only at sponsored retail locations.

    How it would work:
    • Players visit a participating sponsored store (ex. 7-Eleven, GameStop, Starbucks, etc.).
    • At the location, they can purchase a Day Care Ticket.
    • Using this ticket, players can leave one Pokémon in the Day Care for a set time (e.g., 24 hours).
    • When picked up, the Pokémon’s IVs increase by a small but guaranteed amount—for example:
    • +1 to +3 random IV points
    • or guaranteed improvement to at least “Great League” viability
    • This keeps the game balanced, encourages exploration, and supports in-person play and sponsored partners.

    Why this helps:
    • Drives more foot traffic to sponsored locations.
    • Gives players a fun and fair way to improve favorite Pokémon without breaking game balance.
    • Encourages in-person play, which aligns with Niantic’s mission.

  18. I think you should be able to put a shiny charm on your pokemon instead of using it for a duration. This way that species and its evolution line gains a permanent increase to shiny rate and once you catch a certain amount of shinies of that pokemon (and maybe other tasks) the one you put the charm on becomes a shiny itself. There's nothing worse about training a pokemon into a shiny than letting us train one that is already shiny into a hundo.

  19. Shadow trinket, I said it first. Allow a shadow pokemon trade with floor iv of 10’s or shadow lucky status haha. Imagine how much ppl would buy that

  20. Gift mass opening and sending is very time consuming. Trading 100 pokemon daily is very mass consuming also. Lol at the daycare concept.
