I seriously doubt that. Sounds like they are coping for the hardware’s performance or it will involve some weird motion controls no other console can do.

It’s power spray simulator but for murder scenes and you use the JoyCons to wash the gore off the walls. And then you get trapped inside a cultist temple and you have to spray to uncover clues and spray to blind cultists as you run and hide.
The gotcha moment in the trailer is you spraying grime away from a creepy altar and as you uncover a human face the eyes fly open and it begins to howl
Also sometimes you have to use voice commands using the microphone and if you are too loud or speak at the wrong time or scream at a jumpscare the bad guys can locate you.
And, uh, the piranha plant camera shows your face in a little window and will sometimes show a killer from the game sneaking up behind you IRL and if you don’t QTE it then, like, you lose a heart or you drop all your coins or something
