Am I going insane or is the Lumiose City Day theme really similar melodically to the Quilty Square theme from Kirby’s Epic Yarn?

I took the two most obvious clips and compared to them here so you can see. It isn’t just this part though, it’s basically the whole song. I did some googling, but I haven’t seen anybody else mention this.
