This sucks lol, why removing fast click catching
I understand both sides of the quick catch. Its exploiting a bug, but its also REALLY annoying waiting 5 seconds (7 if you include pokedex animation) EVERY pokemon. I have caught over 20k pokemon, multiply that by 5 and thats how many seconds I would have waited minimum.
Overall, I think they should just make the catch animation faster and more responsive, maybe even a optional feature that shows a new pokemon was added to the pokedex as a quick little hud pop up, without doing a whole 2-2.5 second animation.
Quick catch gone = I'll quit the game tbh. I don't wanna wait ages to catch
Quick catch being looked at after the raid glitch with green passes within 200m….. can they please look at things the players actually care about instead of things the actually benefit the player

if they remove fast catch i'm quitting, simple as that and taking my business elsewhere. I live kinda rurally and fast catch is the only reason i catch enough pokemon to have the need to buy more pokeballs. without this i'm not spending any money anymore.
I'm really hoping this is to patch the dynamax error where if you quick catch your first few dynamax pokemon you are soft locked out of the dynamax system and not a global no quick catch
They can't think of fixing gbl lag as well as the grunt battle are changed that sucks 😢 but they said let's go a nd remove quick catch

I wish theybwould add in the ability to look at your pokemon based on battles done. You can see the number briefly when doing a gym battle, but only there. Some of my older ones have over 10k battles Id love to see whoch one has the lost battles. Prolly excadrill but if the game already is tracking that info why cant we see it. Or total emcounters, nice great and excellent throws, grunts defeated, grunts encountered, etc. Just more stats.
Hope they dont fix the fast catch trick or else that would completely kill the grind done during com days, spotlight hours, etc

Quick catch is the only thing that makes the game tolerable. Unless they make it better they can GTF. Animations and repeat operations are already far too convoluted and slow.
Removing fast catch: As a side effect, if the game crashes while catching, the pokemon might be gone eventually …
