HELP trying to learn the Sugamori artstyle (sorry if this is asked a lot lol)

So I've decided to try to learn the sugarmori artstyle as best i can, Wondering anyways that people replicate the artstyle.

I've drawn an example of where I am at right now. So if you want to give contructive critisism im here for it.

Im also not good at lighting to any extra help there is appreciated.
