I'm sure most of you are aware that almost all Pokemon from the first four gens are obtainable in the Switch games thanks to BDSP, so I began to wonder if any of them could only be found there, and sure enough there are, and they follow:
Ledyba and Ledian
Skitty and Delcatty
Taillow and Swellow
Spinda
Castform
Clamperl and Huntail and Gorebyss
I'm sure many of you are aware Spinda in particular is unable to even be transferred to Home from BDSP due to a weird programming oversight or whatever, but there are a couple other observations I have. They're all third gen except for the Ledyba line, they were all most recently obtainable outside of BDSP in either SM or USUM except for the Skitty line (last found in ORAS). and in BDSP they're all only obtainable after getting the National Dex except for the Ledyba line again. The takeaway is that most of these Pokemon are some of the least available Pokemon for over a decade, and in the one game they've been available in you can't even use them until post-game.
Out of all these Pokemon, which would you want to see make a return at some point, and perhaps even get a new regional variant or mega evolution?
