My take on an Elite 4 for Johto in Pokémon HeartGold/Soul Silver. The goal was to have more diverse, thematic teams without sacrificing a general type identity. I like to think this could work as either a replacement/alternate Indigo Plateau or for Johto to finally get its own separate Elite Four.
- Teams are restricted to the HG/SS Regional Pokedex.
- Levels are scaled from the original HGSS E4 first fight.
- Moves are level restricted, with sparing use of some TMs and regional tutors.
- Each E4 member has two rematch Pokémon both from the National dex; one replacement and one addition.
Ramsey: The enthusiastic Headbutt Tutor from Ilex Forest, he uses Pokémon who drop from headbutting trees.
Gladys: A no-nonsense, high ranking Pokémon Centre nurse who uses exclusively female Pokémon.
Toshi: The ambitious developer of the GTS, he works at the Global Terminal and uses Pokémon that evolve by trading with items.
Luther: Steadfast and unforgiving, he protects trainers from entering the dangerous Mt. Silver, and uses a team of strong Pokémon found there.
