A few more: Always use a pineapple (silver pinap isn’t usually very useful, usually just one extra candy which could be solved with rare candy and it’s easier to get a rare candy than a silver pinap) Edit about this part: I meant silver pinap isn’t usually very useful *when you’re using your master ball*. It’s also a lot more useful when you’re using it on final evolution, I just meant that part as it’s hard to get them and I’m constantly running low so I don’t like to use them. Always wait until your last premier ball if it’s for a raid, never use it on the first

Almost used my master ball on a Galarian Articuno the other day. It fleed after I used an ultra ball. Felt pretty bummed. Thankfully, I came across this video earlier today so now I don’t feel as bad for losing it. I’ll be saving my master ball until something better comes out.
I'll be saving my master balls to catch something actually good like hundo rayquaza, zacian etc . Also if I ever find a shundo mudkip or hundo shadow mudkip I'll master ball without hesitation as it is my favourite pokemon and also matches the colour quite a bit
Since Galarian birds are incence encounters, you still want to master ball a shiny one, because you will lose it if you stay in the encounter for more than 30 seconds and your game crashes or freezes forcing a restart.
I missed the opportunity to buy a masterball, but I've encountered so many birds, that my friend is first of all really envious about, second he says I might encounter shiny soon, so maybe I'll get something interesting too

But I never heard about shinies not running away, though that’s mainly because I never risk it. Shiny Legendaries also don’t get instant caught, or maybe I’m misremembering from all the shock when I ran into 2 shiny shadow Regigigas.

the shiny galarian birds are so damn terrible looking the only reason people would want a galarian bird is because they look awesome but the shiny ones are just the same as the normal ugly birds

Also important to note galarian birds are simply overhyped/glazed. They're almost entirely useless so I'd recommend not wasting your mastball on em.
And then theres me who used my only 2 master balls on a ledyba and a bidoof.

Shiny legendary pokemon from a raid isn't 100% catch rate. Its like 98-99% rate. Some people saw them breaking out.

I used my first m ball to see the animation, got 2 more and skipped anymore paid balls because they are basically useless for the price
