Since October my app crashes whenever I click on a pokemon or the settings. Contacted Niantic and they said it’s a “known issue” but didn’t offer a fix. Any suggestions?

This is what it'll do when I click on a Pokemon before the game crashes. It'll do the same thing whenever I click on settings. I can spin pokemon stops and other stuff, but I can't click on Pokemon. I'm so frustrated, I just want to play this game. I've tried every fix, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and data. Everything but factory resetting my phone.
