What if Weepinbell had a split evolution? Created by @The_Laia on Twitter and commissioned by me, I give you… Bellmitt!

Bellmitt is largely based on the cut "Tsubomitto" from Gold and Silver's 1997 demo.
Bellmitt was created as a means to recreate parity between the Oddish and Bellsprout lines, as they are supposed to be counterparts. Gloom, having 2 evolutions, while Weepinbell only had one, just seemed unfair. Just like its counterpart, Bellossom, Bellmitt is evolved from a Sun Stone.
