A fun little project, I had this design in my head for quite a long time.
The name comes from mesmerise + enthral. The design itself is based of of a feathered raptor with bird features but instead of feathers they are elongated scales. I also added a sexual dimorphism as it is common in birds.
Still can´t decided if I should keep it as a one stage or to give it an evolution line.
Overall I´m still proud of it!

I would have thought this was Fairy-Dragon, but Psychic-Ice is pretty cool.
