Fakemon of the Day: Furignon
This small, furious little mushroom is known for its grumpy yet loyal nature. When it finds a leaf it likes, Furignon becomes deeply attached to it: it turns into its umbrella, its camouflage veil, or even its defensive weapon. Furignon also uses the leaf to collect the morning dew, which it drinks with great care.
Each Furignon bears a unique pattern on its cap—spots, scratches, chips… It is said that finding two Furignon that are perfectly identical is rarer than encountering a Shiny Ditto.
Despite its modest size, Furignon is remarkably resilient thanks to its symbiosis with the soil and the surrounding plants. It often lives in the shade of vast forests or in damp caves, where it jealously watches over its precious leaf.
