Surely next week is when Mega Mewtwo is revealed.
They are hiding something more than just Malamar and Victreebel
I don't think it's replacing remote raid passes, it's an additional currency on TOP of remote passes. Think of how Gigantamax and Dynamax raids work remotely, you need both the particles AND the remote pass
Datamined revealed that there will be a complete overhaul of the mega system. It seems like a new level is being added to megas (currently the max is 3) and there will be a new type of mega raid called a super mega raid, where the pokemon you catch will already have points for its mega level. That’s likely the T7 mega raid (for context current mega raids are T4) and the T7 mega legendary is probably not mewtwo specifically but a super mega legendary raid (current mega legendary raid are T6) mewtwo will still be in the T7 mega Legendary but there’s a chance they could also stay in the current t6 mega legendary too (meaning it’ll be easier but you’ll get less rewards and won’t have the Mewtwo already have progress on its mega level)
its probably going to be mega darkrai or mega heatran (which is more likely) which will get released
It's scopely. That's what they do, add more assets slowly to drain $$$ from everyone playing a game. They tout it as a benefit, but they are looking at the whales for this. Too bad it might hurt rural players even more.

4:30 for a FTP player, this sounds really neat. I can save up my green passes for other raids, like legendaries, and earn mega raid access through gameplay? Heck yes. Hopefully it's not super limited though (that might be the case I guess)

Mega Victreebel better be strong and worth catching if its 3 tiers higher than say a mega salamence! Shields is a cool concept though it sounds like Tera Raids
It kinda sounds like the rogue megas from legends ZA, or at least it reminds me of that

They will 1000% try to milk us for all the cash they can with mega mewtwo. Don't forget, when they initially released shint mewtwo, their sales soared to #1 on the mobile charts and exponentially increased from years past and even more than doubled the years to follow. They know where they can get money. They cant just let us raid a few times to get the energy like other mons. Cause they know most people already have a shiny mewtwo and will only do a few raids for the 200 energy and that just won't cut it for then in the nosedive their currently taking the game in.

Imagine making malamar and victorybell tier 7 🤣 what a joke. They don’t even hit 4k cp when maxed to level 50. The day they start focusing cosmetic shit like backgrounds and forcing non meta pokemon as there headliners over meta Pokémon for events is the day I quit going to in person events. I lowkey want to ask for a refund for kalos tour. It looks so bad 😢

Shiny mythicals only for paid players. Such a shame.
Seems like it will work like max particles but for different content so different currency.
I just hope we’ll be able to use Free + Premium Raid/Battle Passes for these Mega Raids going forward.
Honestly, as a 2016 player, i think Link Charges could potentialy be a good feature, with in mind that you ca get them for free from quests and daily gifts. But idk, we’ll just have to wait and see.
