Hello. I apologize in advance if the answer to this question is super obvious but I simply can't figure it out. Googling hasn't provided an answer.
For some reason, after battling a Max stop, I can't put this Blissey in the spot. It let's me put any other pokemon that's on the team except for it.
It's not at low health, it's not an active buddy and it has 2 moves trained (strike and spirit at level 1).
I've tried multiple spots, nothing.
Is there a hidden rule where Blisseys aren't able to assist in battles? Thanks in advance.
