I was able to make stat blocks and other info for each form of this pokemon. I don’t know if any other convergent evolution pokemon have ever had other forms, but I guess this will be the first? Enjoy!
CORRENCH AND HAMMELT
Corrench & Corrench Master Craft (Pokedex):
It’s quite heavy for its size. Blacksmiths often have these Pokemon as companions to assist them while they work.
Hammelt (Pokedex)
Due to its large stature this Pokemon is now able to assist with much larger projects. It now possesses a core that it uses to channel heat into the metal making up its body.
Hammelt Reinforced (Pokedex)
This form of Hamment has surrounded itself with metal, greatly increasing its defensive capabilities. Its durability and heat resistance is favored for its use in many professions.

Corrench has a low chance (0.8%) to have a small seal on it signifying a master’s work. These Corrench are known as Master Craft Corrench and have a unique evolution when holding a metal coat.
Master Craft Corrench have a higher chance of both being shiny and having their hidden ability (boosted by a small amount). Master Craft Corrench are only found in the wild and cannot be hatched from eggs. Excluding the boost for shiny odds there’s about a 1/512,000 chance of finding a shiny Master Craft Corrench. Shiny odds for a Master Craft are boosted to 1/3802.

The names of the Pokemon are based on tools – Corphish + Wrench and Hammer + Melt
Corrench (Master Craft) has the capability to evolve into Hammelt’s regular form if not equipped with a metal coat at Level 30. This form keeps the abilities of the regular form but appears with a small seal on it.
