Parthenia’s third starter, a water type. I named it “Basilip” from “basilisk+sip” (see description).

I was inspired by the Basilisk lizard, commonly known as the "Jesus Christ lizard" for its ability to run on water. I imagine it as a Pokémon with extraordinary speed. I already have two drafts of the next evolutions ready. I'll publish them in the next few days. What do you think?
