The Philippines, sadly, has a lot of pickpockets like many similar countries. Its evolution line also hints at the darker stuff that happens lmao so I tried to give it a more Pokémon-appropriate flavor. (Also I’m aware Liepard is already a cat burglar. However I don’t think they went all-in on the concept)
