TuckerLeRat, a trusted member of the Pokémon speedrunning community, encountered a level 1 Weedle in HGSS, (Route 30) which should not be possible under normal gameplay conditions
He was playing on a real retail cartridge (not a reproduction or ROM)
Does anyone know how this could happen?
I remember reading some Japanese posts years ago mentioning level 1 wild Pokemon under rare circonstances, but I can't find them again
(On another note I got this months ago : https://i.imgur.com/lY3FZu4.jpeg which only looks like a tile corruption)
