Another regional line (I promise I have original pokemon) for my Appalachia-based region, Tennerra.
I really love Lilligant, so I know that I had to do something with it, so this line is based on Appalachian clog dancing, and Mountain Laurels. I originally designed a different line that was grass/steel and based on blackberry brambles, but I'm a sucker for fairy types.
The idea I had was that upon evolving Petilil, Liligant learns Moonlight as a reference to Miss Moonshine, a popular clog dancing performer. I also thought that the line would learn a fair few poison type moves, since mountain Laurel is actually very toxic, but would also learn many healing moves, since the same plant has been used as a painkiller by indigenous peoples. Stat-wise, it would be specially bulky but fast, and would still have Chlorophyll and Own Tempo, but would have the hidden ability Serene Grace.
