This variant of Primarina was discovered in the Adiso region by the esteemed Professor Cedar, working in collaboration with Professor Rowan of the Sinnoh region. It evolves from Brionne after level 36, if that Brionne has consumed an Evolution Multivitamin.
Adiso Primarina cloak themselves in a chilly mist that radiates from their flowing hair. With a voice that sounds like wind chimes, they draw curious and lost prey to an icy doom.
Signature Ability: Frost
Boosts the power of Ice-type moves in a pinch.
Hidden Ability: Snow Cloak
