Kangleon, evolved from Eevee using the Dragon Jewel, a crystal made from pure draconic essence. Its ability is Iron Will, giving it immunity to Fairy types, which sets it apart from other Dragons. Legends say that it can grant wishes to any trainer brave enough to find it.
I designed it after many different kinds of dragons, but primarily Eastern ones. I used the purplish indigo color because it seemed unique from the other Eeveelutions.
