Japanese Foil Sabrina’s Abra Sticker

So I was going through my collection that’s been in a box for decades, and seeing what it’s all worth. I came across this card which is smaller than normal, and is actually a sticker. I can’t find anything online in any search about its existence, or what it might have come from. Anyone have any ideas?
