So I’m trying to master English Vaporeon. (Only missing 7 cards) and this is one of them! And before you tell me to go on TCG and filter..I did it 3 times and now own 4 holos… I know the card exists. I’ve seen other peoples collections. But I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Out of the cards I’m missing this and one of the staff cards will be the hardest to find.

Just keep looking. People probably just are not selling them atm

There’s plenty on TCGplayer, from damaged to near mint, or are you looking to find it in the wild?
oof, a POP rare? good luck man, these can go for triple digits and I’ve never seen one outside of specialized conventions. People tend to hang on to these

I’m out of town hitting some shops today, I’ll keep an eye out. I’m seeing there’s basically no non-holi variants anywhere online.
I’m about 90% sure I have it. I went through everything last week and i remember being disappointed this one wasn’t holo. I’ll check when I’m out of work and would be happy to help. I have no idea on condition tho.
