The local community in my small city is no longer cohesive. We’re basically all solo players now. Unless you have a tight group of a few players or multiple phones yourself. Raids are rare.
You know what I really hate about pokemon go? When I spend a lot of money and thousands of hours of my life on the game only for it to get sold to scopely and now you have to pay hundreds of dollars to even get the slightest chance of getting a half decent strong pokemon
What i hate is the zygarde cells cap. Im grinding for complete zygarde as a new player, and the 3 cell limit is annoying. One other thing is that I don't have access to some of the better pokemon needed to get actual good pokemon for raids.
The more I shiny hunt from raids, the less shiny’s I get, and I can tell at this point it has something to do with my spending because I stopped spending on the game and all of a sudden multiple shiny’s and a hundo within a few catches of one another
During a take over event, I won against Giovanni, and my game glitched so everything disappeared. Balls, berries, everything. I shut down the app, and went back in, and he was gone. Giovanni scammed me. My Pokémon were dead. And I missed my chance to get a shadow Thunerous.
Paying for a remote raid pass and not getting a pokemon at the end is insane to me. Especially if its an insanely hard raid and you struggle to find people to play with… waste of time and money….
For me, the baddest thing in Pokémon Go (I guess, many free-to-play-player hate it as well), is that you only can earn a max of 50 Pokécoins per day! I would say, at least a hundred per day!

Paying for a tour and finding out that the ONE pokemon you need to complete the pokedex for that tour, won't be available during the tour in your area because it's only in certain areas of the world.
That last part. What they say on paper is not true. They just out to make more money. Not just that no matter how many times you catch a pokemon you just won't run into that shiny you're looking for. Many people have caught over thousands of the dame kind of pokemon nd just don't run into that shiny.
1. Lack of shinnies and 2. Price of remote raid passes and 3. Events no where near your town with exclusive rare regional pokemon you will never ever get
1. Made up game rules that does not make sense (having TIMERS for raid lobbies in general…why?, taking our raid passes for failing raids, BUT not when it comes to power spots…why? Make it the same mechanic!). 2. Having the game forcing us to waste our precious time for nothing (it has gotten better since the ”Ready” button). 3. Not awarding us with featured event moves or costumes for raid bosses when taking them down after event time is over (the raid started within the event hours and but if you don’t complete it before event time is over, even though the raid timer is still up, you don’t get the special move). It should be bounded to the raid itself. 4. Poor in-game player interaction and communication. TAKE INSPIRATION FROM CLASH OF CLANS/ROYALE or something. Can it really be that hard?
Local players at level 80 constantly stomping gyms so you can't get any pokecoins to progress. You pay to play and then use your power to bully lower level players? Hang your head in shame.
I hate getting blackballed in my Pokémon go community because you say one thing to DEFEND A KID speaking on poltics (this was YEARS AGO) and all i said was hes a kid and to go easy on him and not shove things down his throat. Now? No one invites me, no one wants to trade even though were lucky friends, no one will interact with me list goes on. I hate my county and petty ass community
Yes! Some please tell this year long player how to avoid getting left behind in remote raids. They took out the extra blank team slot in case of that, so I’m really not trying to lose anymore.
One thing that annoys me more than anything else is regional exclusives. It's one thing for certain forms of a pokemon, but you're really telling me I can't get Mr. Mime unless I travel to europe? Why? And it's always for the most lame and undesirable pokemon that you'd only ever want one for the dex entry and then get rid of it.

I hate when the game randomly kicks me out when I try to join a weekly group or a raid or literally anything because of the type of phone I have

When Dynamax Ho-oh comes out and you are limited to 10 raids a day… Everyone else gets the Shiny….

The thing I hate the most is that creepy animation that happens with your character when you level up. Like why add it?
