Here's my pokemon based off dandy from dandy's world. It has a beast form that with an item can switch between forms.
Pokedex entry: dandiligent. The colorful flower pokemon. Dandiligent is normally a very friendly pokemon. They love making trades with people and pokemon. However if they feel they are ignored. It will transform into its beast form and punish those who ignored it.
