Gigantamax Meowth debuts on February 15th! 😁
Meowth is a Normal type basic pokemon with the Max CP in 800s, it has a single weakness to Fighting type.
Meowth’s natural stats are lower than that of Pikachu’s & Eevee’s. It has 4 charge moves (3 Dark & 1 normal), of which Dark Pulse has 3s cooldown & the rest have 2s cooldown. As a Gmax boss, Meowth with 0.85CPM isn’t threatening, we can assume that it's stats might get cranked up.
NOTE: Each pokemon have 2 most damaging (left side) & 2 least damaging (right side) boss moves on them listed at the bottom of their Panel, if a boss move is inside 🟡 Yellow segment – 3 to 4 hits of the move can be absorbed, 🟢 Green – 5+ hits can be absorbed. This colour coding is based on having Meowth at 2CPM, which is unprecedented (highest so far was 1.4CPM, which Garbodor had). So, if it gets a 1.4CPM or lower, our tanks will have a much easier time.
🪙 Gmax Machamp is the top attacker by a distance, followed by both forms of Dmax Urshifu (with Counter). Zacian is strong in SNOWY weather.
🪙 Zamazenta single resists all the boss moves, is bulky enough tank more than a dozen Night Slashes/Body Slams. Blissey as usual features as a top Tank & Healer (all 4 healers – Snorlax, Lapras & Wailord are viable). Dmax Urshifu – Single strike form (Dark/Fighting) & Gmax Grimmsnarl both 2x resist Dark type moves, both are top Tanks.
Other than the listed Pokémon,
🪙 Dmax Alakazam with Counter* (#6) & Passimian (#7) are decent attackers. They’re followed by Eternatus & Gmax Inteleon, the former will be the 2nd best Attacker in WINDY weather & the latter will be 3rd best in RAINY weather.
🪙 Dmax Raikou, Suiune, Vaporeon & Corviknight, Gmax Lapras are all great Tanks.
