Need someone to test smeargle snapshot, figure out what moveset it gets by default or if its randomised.
Ive already had my smeargle encounter for the day :/

I’m sorry to say you are misleading people: That’s not “What’s your favorite!”, thats simply a group snapshot. You are using your own eevee and pikachu, that’s why u get smeargle encounters. The fact that the “What’s your favorite!” tag appears on the cammera button on the main menu doesn’t mean everything on that camera sub-menu is about this feature 🙂
I hope this answers the other commens, but just to clarify: No, they cannot appear for Arceus and company nor any pokemon with any (random/default) moveset.
