Got my first Dynamax Chansey! Was just wondering whether I should focus on evolving it or getting max spirit and max guard

For reference I’ve only recently got back in Poke Go so I don’t have many Dynamaxable pokemon, only one I have that has max guard and spirit is my regular charizard.
