Some Lore/Dex Extry:

Shpark: This Pokemon is highly energetic, often causing small, yet impactful whirlwinds when too excited, or agitated. They may also lightly shock their trainers from time to time as well, though they don't usually mean to.

Nimburst: The clouds surrounding Nimburst have almost completely covered it's whole body, even it's eyes have been obscured of vision. Though, don't be fooled, Nimburst has focused its static electricity to sense the pulse of nearby humans and Pokemon.

Monstrousoon: Though solitary, it forms deadly feeding frenzies with others of its kind during heavy storms, tearing anything caught within to shreds. The cloud on its body has formed a symbiotic relationship, controlled by Monstrousoon's static electricity, it can move like a seperate entity.

This Pokemon also shares some genetic similarities with both Garchomp and Sharpedo.

Basis:
Based on the Megalodon, Sharkdog, and the Isonade from Japanese Mythology.
