This is a fork of u/BronzeMaster5000's Ultimate Living Dex, thank you for allowing me to carry on this project!
TLDR: A living dex google sheet that covers just about any and every group of pokemon you could want to collect.

Why Does this Exist:
I love collecting pokemon and wanted a better way to keep track of my collection in one place. I found u/BronzeMaster5000's Ultimate Living Dex and it had most of the things I need. I added a few more pokedexs and shared them with him to add. He told me he isn't as interested in the game as he used to be, so I asked if it would be ok for me to create a fork.
I have plans to add a lot more in the future (see below plans), and the ultimate goal is to include any and everything that is obtainable.
Changes From Ultimate Dex:
I reworked all the formulas to hopefully make it easier for me to add on it the future. The biggest thing is a large formula to pull pokemon home sprites from PokemonDB based on pokemon name. I also reworked the formatting of all sheets.
The biggest additions are the Gift Dex, In-Game Trade Dex, and Ribbon Master tracker. Check out the changelog sheet in the document if you are interested in the other changes.
Current Features & Dexes:
- Ultimate Dex – Contains all forms & variants of every Pokemon
- Shiny Ultimate Dex
- Special Dex – Contains other misc collections
- Gift Pokemon Dex
- In-Game Trade Pokemon Dex
- Ribbon Master Tracker
- Various Game Specific Dexs – Currently ZA (& Hyperspace), SV, XY, B2W2, BW, DPPt, RSE, GSC, & RBY
- Glitch Dex – Contains catchable glitch pokemon from the first 3 generations
Currently Planned Additions:
- Adding remaining game dexs for BDSP, SWSH, LGPE, USUM, ORAS, XD, & COLO.
- Reordering what is included in the Ultimate Dex vs the Special Dex.
- Ability Dex
- Update the Ribbon Master formulas to better calculate obtainable ribbons for each pokemon based on species and origin game.
Notes on How to Use Ribbon Master Tracker:
- You first input the index number of your pokemon in the first column. This is normally the national dex number, unless it is a special form or gender variants, if you are unsure check the database tab.
- Select the origin game of your Ribbon Master, this will be used to determine obtainable ribbons.
- Using origin game is not perfect, and there will be some situate where some ribbons are/ aren't obtainable for certain pokemon. You can override a ribbon that is unavailable by copying a checkbox into the cell. To remove a ribbon that is not available, clear the cell.
Reporting Issues:
I have gone over each sheet quite a few time to review for errors. I think i got most of them but I'm sure there may be a few still out there. If you notice an issue, please send me a DM so I can correct it in the next version. It would be most helpful if you could describe the issue and tell me on what sheet/ cell it occurs at.
Future Versions:
In the future as I make updates and new games come out, I will make updated versions of the spreadsheet. I will add new versions to the top of the post when they come out, so feel free to bookmark the post. When changing from one version to another (Or from u/BronzeMaster5000's spreadsheet), you will have to do some manual copying of the checkboxes to get your current data imported. If anyone knows a way to make this easier, or better yet, would be willing to help create a script, please get in touch!
