+ Misty’s arc suit passive at 2/3 efficiency (20%).
+ All 3* Water gears (Type)
+ 6 sync buffs

+ Sp.Def at -6
+ Water-type Rebuff at -2
+ under Special move break
+ EX Rain

AS Misty’s Almighty Hydro Pump while has slightly higher base power, has no super multiplier like AS Brock’s Almighty Stone Edge (or A2025 Red’s B Outrage). Unlike Perrin in AS Brock’s damage video, NC May does not provide Supereffective next effect for allies, which is a minus.

With Supereffective next effect, that damage could have reached ~5 mil. But then even so, that’s still far from rivaling AS Brock’s ASE damage. Though however, unlike AS Brock’s ASE, AS Misty’s AHP is AoE with unsplit damage.

P/s: It was really difficult to maintain EX Rain to last this far into battle. Also, should have posted this like days ago after her debut.
