I’m currently trying to master 'the teas' and am only missing these two s-Chinese cards. To my knowledge the sinistea ca be acquired from the Mission Reward Pack 2 Simplified Chinese Promo Booster (the pink one in the 2nd picture) and the polteageist can be acquired from a Chinese Sword & Shield gym promo pack (the orange/gold one, 3rd picture).
I did a fair amount of research (I think) but I was not able to find anyone selling these two cards or the mission reward promo pack so I would be happy if someone could point out some sites/ people selling/trading these cards

You can try to contact sylvietcg on Instagram, they may be able to find a Chinese seller.
