Looks like Shadow Lugia is bugged, for any remoters. The zoom-in that normally happens when you encounter it doesn't happen this time around. As a result, Lugia is much farther out than it usually is (and is much harder to even reach).

EDIT: Appears to be cross-device. Others in my local community have been affected as well. Ho-oh's positioning is also fine
