Suggest holding out on clicking that claim rewards button.
As Link Charges are very similar to max particles, we are not so sure how the free charges from gifts are gonna be distributed, if anything like particles we might not be able to collect free charges after reaching the limit of link holder.
Best to not redeem these now and collect after we fully run out of free charges on go tour.
Just FYI: Normal mega raids (in-person) costs just 150 link charges. and with new super max mega level, it's worth to collect absurd amounts of mega energy (since final stage requires 5k mega energy to unlock)

It's really easy to finish in less than 5 mins. (i had 12 eggs placed in incubator and timed it right to hatch all of them at 10:01
15 ranks up, after that catch a wild pikachu and you can reach rank 21. I recommend reaching rank 20 before raiding. I used my 2 free passes on an moltress and caught it on first throw with just silver pinap. (mostly because i used ice burn and the rank 10 bonus also boosts catch rate).
