I opened an Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box today and it only had 8 booster packs inside instead of the advertised 9.
I checked thoroughly inside the cardboard insert and packaging to make sure one wasn’t stuck somewhere, but there definitely were only 8 packs.
The box was factory sealed when I bought it.
Has anyone else had this happen with this set?
Were you able to get a replacement pack through Pokémon support or the retailer?
Just trying to figure out if this is a known issue or if I should contact the store first.
