[OC] Looking for an artist to help design a pokemon version of my OC

I've got some money to spare not much but hopefully enough about 30-40 would be the max. But looking for someone to help design and draw some art of my Fursona as a pokemon I've got a few ideas on the design but not the name just need help with both design and someone to draw her :3
