Usually when people discuss what are the best games in the entire mainline franchise, what most people seem to generally agree on is Heartgold/Soulsilver, Black and White 1 & 2 and maybe emerald or crystal as honorary mentions, but occasionally I do hear quite high praise for Platinum.
I've never played it before so I recently got curious and I think I'm going to finally try it out, despite the fact that the game came out many years ago.
How do you feel about Platinum? Especially compared to the other great games mentioned?
