I added the Kalos GO Tour checklist on the checklist app. It has 87 Pokémon so I think infographics and paper lists will get overwhelming very quickly. Here is a way to track very easily your progress through the week end.
The app is free, and the event checklists are added / updated automatically, so it's a good way to get the most up to date information you need, quickly.

Android app is in active development, good progress but not released yet.
