I drew a regional Meowth for Pokemon Winds and Waves.
This Meowth came to this new region to enjoy a peaceful life. It had to adapt to the surroundings and learned a way to move from Island to Island by surfing on the waves.
On its journey between Islands it finds alot of gems which it puts on its forhead accessoire.
