I have hosted two raids. first one 10 ppl but only 9 mega evolved. We lost. Second raid 11 ppl. All mega evo. We won with 200 seconds still on the clock. You break the shield when you would normally reach the yellow bar in battles. Then you just have to battle through the red, and it's over really quickly. So please don't even go in without a mega evolved mon.

People don’t know how to read, so you’ll most likely still have people without megas in there
If the shields go up and aren’t down within 20 seconds, they’re not going to go down at all
Just a tip: if your mons faint you can go back in and revive your mega. Then break the shield with your mega. Thats how I won one with 4 people who didnt Bring their mega 🥲
