Purifying only changes Frustration to return. Otherwise doesn’t affect the attacks.

No, it would stay the same. Purified Regigigas isn’t nearly as good as Shadow Regigigas. But Psychic HP Regigigas is worthless so it really doesn’t matter; it’s the worst HP.
