Brought a remote raid pass and never received it. Now support isn’t responding.

Pretty much summed up. But about 1 hour ago I brought some coins and with those I brought a remote raid pass. I then never received a remote raid pass and contacted support about it. Once I said ‘I brought a remote raid’ and be no longer replied
