We already have a Komodo Dragon; we need another unique reptile from Southeast Asia: The Sailfin Dragon. It's native to Indonesia and the Philippines.
From Wiki:
"Hydrosaurus, commonly known as the sailfin dragons or sailfin lizards, is a genus in the family Agamidae. These relatively large lizards are named after the sail-like structure on their tails. They are native to Indonesia (four species)…"
"we should have one mouse one bird" etc
- False analogy: there are many species of fish, frogs and mice are groups of animals; there are many species of them.
- Fish is even a whole group; the same level of mammal. for example sharks, seahorses, rays are all fishes, the same way that mammals have elephants, carnvivorans, etc and amphibians having newt, frogs etc
- There are may species of frogs. E.g poison dart frogs, flying frogs etc
- There are many species of mice. For example the common house mouse, the grasshopper hunter, spiny pocket mouse, wood mouse etc
- The komodo dragon is a single species of animal(Varanus komodoensis). There is only one type of Komodo dragon and at best sub species.
