Played mainly through 2017-2020, just started playing in 2026 a few days ago. Had no hundred percent IV Pokémon. Caught one today. Did the boost the rates of hundred percent Ivs? Also I had only caught 3 shinnies thru those 3 years and caught 3 in the past few days. Non event exclusive. Are things just less rare now? Or do I get lucky?
