The first stage is basically a fan cat that plugs itself into houses and Pokémon Centers to produce a pleasant breeze coming from its fur, mainly its chest.
Then, with High Friendship, it evolves into the Dark Cat, which is basically an air conditioner. It plugs in mainly in large spaces to produce cool air that cools the entire area in seconds.
The other evolution, with Low Friendship, is a broken air conditioner. It's like a wild version that, instead of producing air, creates sharp ice shards all over its fur, which it uses to ward off anyone who tries to touch it without permission.

The high friendship evolution reminded me of Lesser Dog from Undertale. Imagine if its neck keeps growing when you pet it.

Low Friendship- Feracial (Feral and Glacial)
High Friendship- Pampurfect (pampered, perfect and a fun pun)
Briskit (brisk + kitten, has the fun bonus of sounding like biscuit), Thermew (thermometer + mew)
Crispurr (crisper + purr), Arctabby (arctic + tabby)
Frigidire (frigid + dire), Snubzero (snub + subzero)
Currat (like current) and for the evos, Alcurrat and Dicurrat ( Like AC and DC )
Fanyan for the pre evo
Chillten (Chill + Kitten), Frijuar (Frigid + Jaguar), Coolico (Cool + Calico)
Why is hating the cat a requirement to evolve it, I don’t want to do that.

I would think the two evo’s would have two similar names, finding it difficult to come up the the high friendship one though that isn’t just Cat and Conditioner
I’d totally try for Candition, but I like the Cashard name I’ve given
