Here’s hoping we can actually evolve these ones. I get the costume Pokémon are niche, but Raichu is my favorite Pokémon. Went out of my way to make sure to evolve any Pikachu I can.

Are these exclusive to in-person? Or will they be global as well?
Last year there was a top-hat pikachu wearing a monocle that was in-person only, and a top-hat pikachu that had goggles for global.
I wonder if this is in-person or what
