so she basically paused on pogo for like 6-7 years i think, and when she try to login there is a message and cannot login. she have an old picture of her but it isn't the latest just a picture of the screen when playing showing her account name, and level and field. but it is a old one when she level is around 20 something.
she couldn't remember the id. the latest level. or other friend in the friend list.
And the account name disappeared in my friend list, and others member of my group is unable to find the account in friend list too.
all she has is the photo of an old time and not the latest of the account.
what can she do?
is the account deleted?
she didn't spent on this game before, there is no receipt of payment.
