On Sunday during the tour, my Malamar had 136 HP.
After Mega evolving it had 160.
I've been powering her up to complete some research tasks and still haven't reached that 160 HP again for the regular form.
I know the boost increased the stats, but my mega Rayquaza just got an extra 10 HP. Not 24 (also neither of those HP increases make sense if the boost was supposedly equal to 2 powerups, as people in this sub said before 😅)

The mega boost set your mega pokemon to lvl52 or 55, I have a doubt, no matter the original level
not like it matters for that mega there r way better dark and psycho megas anyways
How often did you power it up? Because 2 or 5 levels is 4 or 10 power ups respectively, since a power up is only half a level. Maybe it needs one or 2 power ups more
Your Malamar is a 15/14/15, and on March 1st it was level 22.5. A Mega Malamar at level 22.5 **also** has 136HP – if you hadn’t powered your Malamar up at all, then mega-evolved it on March 3rd, it would have had 136HP.
The boost meant that mega evolved Pok̩mon were given a *temporary* upgrade of an extra ten levels Рyour 160HP Mega Malamar was treated as level 32.5 on March 1st, which gives it a HP of 160.
During kalos tour ALL megas get +5 lvl boost. Depends lot your pokemon level stats etc how much it get hp via level up
