I love the idea of having my whole Master set in one binder, but I dont have a top loader binder and I'm scared to put my most valuable cards in a regular binder. What's the most common practice? Do regular cards (no top loader) still look cool in top loader binders?

Keeping cards in a normal binder is fine, as long as A) it’s a decent ringless binder and B) you’re not doing anything crazy or stupid with it. A lot of people overthink what’s necessary to keep a card in good shape.
Like the other person said, it probably would be fine, but do what makes you feel most at ease. I’ve probably always been a little too careful with things, so only put my common cards in a binder without top loaders.
I have all my cards from my 151 master set in one binder or grand master set since I have all the promos too. They’re just sleeved up and in a vaultx binder. The white edition to be exact cuz it looks so clean while looking at the cards. A Master set should be in one binder but a top loader binder isn’t really necessary. A great binder should keep them safe enough
I sleeve and topload for my binder copies (but I only have holos and revs for my binders)
For doubles, usually just sleeve (toploaders for ones I like).
For anything more, in a box.
